On July 3-7, 2023, an International Women's Forum was held in the conference hall of the “Tiriliant" Hotel in our capital, within the framework of the theme “Development, innovation and education in Uzbekistan” within the framework of the Week of International Partnership Initiatives, on the theme “The experience of Uzbekistan in support of women and girls”.

At the forum, Malika Kadirkhanova, Chairman of the Committee of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Women and Gender Equality, dwelled in detail on the issues of ensuring gender equality in Uzbekistan, the role of women in socio-political life and their participation in decision-making.
